Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, here’s how it works:

Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of your order being marked “delivered.” Once your request is approved, your item(s) must be shipped back to us within 7 days.

**During the holiday season, starting with orders placed November 25-Dec 25, returns must be requested by January 15. Once approved, items must be shipped back to us or the vendor within 7 days. 

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged item or a shipping error on our part.

Refunds: Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for processing. We’ll send you a confirmation email once it’s complete.

Restocking Fee: Returns that don’t meet the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined.

Non-Returnable Items: The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

Food / Perishables

Swimwear

Bodysuits

Intimates

Jewelry

Face masks

Beauty items

Candles
